in our database, then we will immediately send you an email message that will
include your username and password. If the information you enter does not match
the information in our database, or if you continue to have trouble, please contact
us so we can assist you.
How do I change my StreetAuthority password, email address, or contact
information?
To change your email address or contact information, please visit our "My
Account" Page. From that page you can change any of your personal
information in our database. You cannot, however, change your username.
Must I have two separate accounts to access StreetAuthority from work
and from home?
No. You can use your account from any computer you like as long as you do not
access our site from different computers simultaneously. We have systems in
place to monitor this, and we reserve the right to terminate any and all
accounts that violate this policy.
Can more than one person use my username and password?
No. StreetAuthority is a personal license. It gives access only to the
individual subscriber. Group subscription rates are available for
companies, investment clubs or other such groups. You can inquire about
